FREE PHP XSPF Playlist Generator 2009

XSPF.PHP is a free, server side script that generates a valid xspf playlist from mp3 tags.Intended for use with any web player that will accept an xspf playlist. Multiple directories can be included in the playlist. A custom image can also be included for each track and a default image specified for the entire list and in each directory for tracks without an image . Additionally an info link can be specified for each directory of files. Directories are individual sorted by file name prior to generating the playlist. Aa separate player embed script can be used to embed the Jeroen Wijering player based on .ini file settings. This package includes the ID3 get_id3() class library plus a copy of the JW Player, available from LongTail video. The JW Player may require a license for any commercial use. Tested with Apache on Linux and windows platforms.
