This software has a MAJOR flaw in it. There is NO way to enter the "shipping/handling" price. NO auctions can be placed without this information, and having it automatically added to the winning bid. Yes, the company says it can be added by the software purchaser, but it is a very complicated and convoluted process that will take a lot of time to accomplish. It is so complicated that there is a high likelihood that you could make just a single error and mess up the software usability. And, if you are not very familiar with html and other web page processes you are unlikely to be able to do it at all. In any event you are likely to need extensive tech support and this process could take days. ALL for a feature that is REQUIRED for auction software. It should be there by DEFAULT. It isn't and the company doesn't see a need to add this to the software.

Nice software (expensive) but don't wait any support from the site... They do reply but they really never help...

Don't waste your money on this software !! Unless you're ready to pay over $800 you don't get anything that is useful . Support for the product doesn't exist . Still open source and many bugs to work out!

True, it's not for a novice but if you can run a web site I think you can do this. It's the first time I've had to install and operate scripts on a managed server, and the learning curve has been intense but it's also been thrilling. Because I know HTML fairly well, I've had a great time customizing it. I have a beautiful site. I did find some problems but the GEO team was extraordinarily responsive in fixing ALL of them. I love the development team and I love my new auction site. Excellent!

I not only bought several of the packages I have talked to no less than 20 people a year later. THERE IS NO WAY that someone that bought in 2005 could like the software in 2007 or 2008. They completely changed their platform so any and all information in an old program could not be transfered. So decision time. Buy the new upgrade or live with the old format that doesn't work. I warned you! You better know a lot about computer programming before you set your dreams! NOT FOR A NOVICE.
