Looks like a great product and lively/ helpful forum, however the screens tend to be more technical and less friendly when thinking about non techs heads. This all can be resolved if one is willing to create pleasing screens. Here is an example of screens from a few different products. What I really liked about help desk reloaded software is that they have an active discussion form to support any problems in the software. Beyond that they even have made a few changes to the software that I requested for free, which is incredible for free software. I looked over a lot of the other help desk products, and most of them do not have any type of easy assessable support.
