Simplify your customer support. This web based software contains a help desk ticketing system that accepts emails or online forms to create issues, a multiple tiered knowledge base, and more. Email notifications go out to the appropriate support techs, who can then reply via email or online form in a secure login area. All correspondences are captured and tracked, in one place. No more dropped tickets, or duplication, and info can be automatically shared. Additional tools and features include answer templates (drafts), reports, tasks, client / contacts lists, multiple tiered knowledge base (very organized to help your customers find information fast), file uploading, Twitter Capture, Smart Search and so much more. Probably the biggest difference with this system is the flexibility. Add your own site headers and footers (not just a swatch of color with your logo). Customize emails, security settings per agent, add fields... or not.
