I wanted a clean and easy Links Directory for my site. I'm a newbie, but I actually installed it myself on my own server: the instructions were excellent. THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST SERVER INSTALLATION, too!! So, I was very happy with all that, but now that I've started using it I'm really thrilled because I can customize it easily, it has lots of features and fun stuff! Very fast response when I did email a question. Absolutely a FIVE STARS experience. Thank you, CGI Guy!

I have been using this script for 18 months now and find it to be excellent once setup it is a dream.Some support was required at setup as with most newbie's there was a few things I needed to learn.Mike gave that support in plain English which was easy to follow along with the documentation provided with the script. The spider save's a lot of time weeding out the time waster sites and I think this is the only link script that has........Keep up the good work Mike

My rating is based on support, features and issues. Support is not "Free & FAST". I have a ticket & an e-mail in for a week + that I KNOW has been viewed. I have an additional $80 invested in a coder for bug fixes. Admin area has issues and it's also not possible to view/edit all links in a cat/sub cat. They must all be hunted down one by one. Admin.cgi had to be manually edited by me due to improper coding. I will never be able to update this script unless I do it in the source. Don't buy it.

I was pretty happy with the script, especially the meta tag reader which fills in the subsmission form for you. However, after 1 year of using the script, the author released a few bug fixes then an update. In order to get the update, you can expect to buy the script AGAIN at full price. As a script goes, not bad, but as customer service goes, forget about it! I went back & forth with Mike and he never offered to renew my support for half the price. My rating is based upon customer service.

Have been using this script for a couple of years now and am finding it to serve its purpose extremely well. Installation is relavtively straight forward as is upgrading. If you are looking for a links script, this is the one to go for and I would advise taking out the subscription renewal every year as its the cheapest way to get the upgrades. Support I have found to be excellent. Dave

Truthfully I am pretty sorry I bought this script. It is rife with bugs and each link must be approved individually (can't select a whole group). Editing a link must also be done individually. And the worst thing is that each category page is prefixed by a number (1_CategoryA.htm - 2_CategoryB.htm) it looks so stupid if you need to go back and add one later. And the so-called templates are a nightmare. Not all HTML is templated - you must dig through code... Just awful.

Mike has done a really good job on this! HotScripts has made reciprocal linking a complete ease by making everything automated and checkable, WAY TO GO MIKE!
