The FREE HTML Upload Form v4.0, is a simple and easy to install script that will let your users enter their name and email address and provide an easy to use upload method. Their HTML file(s) will be stored onto your server / directory and forward you an email with the link to the HTML file and send a confirmation email to them as well to view their file. The script will also save the data into a CSV file on your server should you need to view any information within Excel. The script is simple to modify to your liking and provides installation instructions. This script does not require MySQL.
