HyperBook is an easy to install and use guestbook written in PHP. Features: multi-file "flat text" database for fast access without SQL; customizable colors and graphics; option to add additional questions; e-mail notifications with link to edit, delete or add comments to posts; double post protection; configurable IP log to prevent message flooding; forced word breaks to ensure proper formatting; optional banned words filter; version update check; and import/export databases. Comes with complete documentation. Update: Version 1.10 includes foreign language support and improved file locking.

    I'm so glad that I found Tomas' Hyperbook Guestbook. It covers all my need for guestbook, and it has a very professional interface, both for the user and for the administrator. On top of that Tomas helped me installing it on my apache web-server. Great guestbook, and I haven't seen such quick on-site help before. I'm a happy web-baby - just 5 month old (juli 2001). Now I'm looking forward to see some nice entries in my guestbook, which you are very welcome to visit at http://ditte-marie.dk.
