• Horrible

  The original version was buggy to the point where it left exploits for hackers to break in to the entire server. Too many bugs to list although the review before mentions many. Now a new version is out. Not yet sure how many bugs it has but due to encoding it is IMPOSSIBLE to customize the look. They've been stupid enough to include styles in the php that's encoded so it can't all be changed. Even the stuff that can be changed is a horrible mess. At least before you could fix bits yourself :(

• Dissapointing product

  It's as simple as this. I bought this and was incredibly dissapointed. It hasn't worked. Contacted the guys through their (so impressive) help desk system. And swapped the odd mail. It seems the people/guy who sell it aren't the people who support it? Anyway, way too may errors....and having installed it on a really quick server, it appears to run dismally slow because of the template mechanism it uses. Templates very dissapointing. Avoid this one like the plague. Refund time.

  Probably one of the worst "out of the box" experiences I've ever had (and I purchase a lot of scripts in my time). This thing was broken on first install. Here was my trouble ticket: I just bought installed and configuring your script. 1.) When I click on the Featured image as an anonymous user I have to click twice to view the profile page. 2.) Setting "Access Extra Pictures" to "NO" does not work. Anonymous users or guests still can view and rate "Extra" images 3.) Using a combination of URL and Store images on server in the user upload interface. Does not work properly. I get a broken image for the main if it is a URL. 4.) Under FireFox browser I get a wierd rendering of images "blurry" type white straight lines. 5.) Why isn't there a logout button for the user? Or maybe I haven't found it yet. May I add more: 5.) Countries do not show alphabetically when you sign up (as they do on your demo site). 6.) Banners, if you leave the months and time out you get an SQL insert error. 7.) When tring to edit or update a banner you can't it says the file is to big but it's not. 8.) Admin area Under Comments broken image. 9.) Main page Admin stats don't show anything. ...need I add more? They have offered a refund but I've yet to see it. The sales department has yet to answer my emails.

  I purchased this companies "bundle Pack" over 3 weeks ago and I am VERY VERY impressed. I got everything stated and I have to say, the customer service is beyond compare. Extremly timly response and an excellent product! Highly reccomended.
