iComments

iComments is a solution for people who want a dynamic commenting system on a server that does not support PHP, MySQL or other dynamic languages. Most of the time this happens when you use a free webhost or a school hosted server. iComments works by using inline frames, which load a webpage inside of a webpage. You webhost doesn't need support for PHP and MySQL because iComments is always hosted on my server (which supports both). Once you sign up for an account, you can customize your commenting page with our built in tools in the admin panel. You also have the ability to delete comments and ban users from your page.
