    A very disappointing product! It lacks adequate documentation and the interface is not very intuitive. Also, after purchasing the product, you're sent an e-mail acknowledging your payment, and promised delivery (in another e-mail) within an hour. 12 hours later and I'm still waiting! This is either "abandonware" or a total scam/ripoff.

    Yes. You are righ about lack of documentations. This product includes free installation even without purchase and you can use this product without any future fees. Also we very regret about you waiting for purchased product. Usualy all purchases processed automatically and emails sent within 20 minutes.
