  • The interface is nice, and installation is simple enough, cool alexa rating and thumbnails on each listing. Poor support: I still can't get my cron job to run and emails to support go unanswered. I have to uninstall it and switch to PHP Directory. I bought the populated package. It came with 2500 links already in the directory, with was cool, it's better than starting out bare bones. So unless you can support yourself, it's really not worth the investment. Money down the tubes, It sux.

  • Adding cron job is completely YOUR responsibility. If you do not know how to create a cron job, you should do some research. I personally emailed you explaining the process but you still didn't seem to get it and we don't feel that is our fault. Your complain has nothing to do with the script. You failure to create a simple cron job is 'your' fault not the scripts.

  • Ever since they got rid of that Source Guarden my account with them have never been better. I am making more contacts and putting up more and more links to my website. Thanks for all the hard work and keep it up you guys are great.

  • Hey great software with great help. Good work guys.

  • Since they have done away with that Source Guardian, I must say it’s the best script out on the internet now. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

  • I've used infowizards for awhile now and have to say their script is not worth the headaches. They use SourceGaurdian and if your webhost updates their php, your link directory or site will go down with a SourceGaurdian Error stating that you need to download a specific file to make it work again...twice I was not able to locate this file at the SourceGaurdian site or infowizards site. This will happen eventually with everyone who uses infowizards script. I am not a fan of their templates either, they are very difficult to use and manipulate and ran into so many problems and time delays. As for support? Well that is something to be desired...some people never get questions answered, and many end up waiting a very long time. They try using a forum method, but this is the same...they now launched a new forum, but I doubt this will help. Just too many bugs and issues. Their recip checker is buggy and updates for this never work. I also downloaded the complete script again and noticed that the set of files in it are different and don't match what I originally got. example: the admin folder in the recent download has half the files, but the version seems to be 2.5 but there is no version 2.5 as of this review post...it's still 2.0. I really don't recommend it....if you are serious and want a long-term solution, try another script.

  • We are forced to encrypt (the admin section only) our code. We started out with a non-encrypted version that was stolen by many webmasters and developers that claimed that it was written by them. When we switched to the new version we encrypted the admin section for protection. As for support... there is NO better support you will find from ANY other link manager! We have a toll free number you could call at any time as well as a ticket system and forums. We don't always get to the forums which is the only place you post your questions but you could easily give us a call or put in a ticket. Most other link manager software companies are out of the U.S. and very difficult to get support for. We offer every possible way for you to get in touch with us!
