    Program was bought so that we can have people sign up for different regions to receive missing persons update. We misunderstood the multiple sign up option though. We contacted their support department and they promptly responded and customized the script so that we can offer users to select which regions they would like to subscribe to. Interface is very user friendly. Great investment!!!

    Purchased this program, and it was a huge mistake. This program cannot manage bounced email. This is basic functionality in mailing list software. Also, you'll never hear from technical support. Avoid at all costs.
