I agree with garymgordon, they are too hungry for the money. Their cheapest license is somewhere around $250. But you will be forced to pay more and more and more for extra users and extra features (which are absolutely no extra with other providers). Support is fast, but always force you to pay more and more. Forget free updates. When they released new version we were forced to pay LOTS of money to simply get the latest version.

I have been a long user of their product. Their product (for the most part was very good). Their support was often less than I would have liked. But the thing that annoys me most about the product is how they treat their customers. I purchased a 100 user pack (for about $800) when the product was called SendStudio. They recently changed the name and changed the pricing so that my 100 users are no longer usable in the new product without paying THOUSANDS!! They really screwed me up big time!

I spent a few weeks sifting through various different email marketing tools and eventually decided on the SendStudio product which i'm glad I did. Everything has worked well so far and i'm pleased with the way Interspire handles business.

This is the second Interspire product that i've used and it's also fantastic and easy to use. I use it to manage my companies mailing list and it's been great to work with.

I was an avid OEMP user for 2 years but I got fed up with their lack of support and limited features, so I switched to Send studio on a recomendation from a fellow web designer. i have been using it for 8 months and have nothing but good praise for the product. Support was great, and i get updates for 12 months. Highly recomended, and this is coming from someone who demands alot from software.
