  After my recent review on this script I was personally contacted by the supervisor by phone and must say that he went above and beyond to correct any problems I had. It is refreshing to know that some companies take interest in these reviews and act accordingly and the people at Irealty have really given me hope that such people still exist. I regret things I may have said in anger or frustration and would like to categorically state that all the issues I had with this script have been resolved and I look forward to a new chapter in what I hope to be a very long business partnership.   The iRealty program is a great foundation software for what I wanted to build our site around. I recommend this software as a good starting point. The friendly people behind the company also add to its value.

  I give rating of 1 becuase they email me to make excuse like usual. I buy this script but it never work corectly so I pay good money for developar to fix all mistakes. This people very bad for business. Bettar pay developar and make site proparly because script is rubbish realy.

I cannot unfortunately recognize your nickname to specifically review your case (we only have one customer with a last name of yours, and he is a happy iLister user). Nevertheless, if you really exist and are our customer, could you please send your specific contact details to sales_at_worksforweb.com and add your above review to it? I'll be happy to personally go over all the issues you have had and help you out. iRealty is anything but rubbish, anyone can open its demo and see that iRealty does a whole lot more and better than anything you can possibly call rubbish. I would also disagree completely with the fact that you can get anything even remotely similar to iRealty for $469. Your best approach would be to take iRealty and make changes to it that would fit your needs. • Useless script

  I just wanted to say that after using the Irealty script from Worksforweb, it is a real disappointment. Several features that come with it do not work at all and I have to do many tasks manually as opposed to it being fully automated, which is what I was made to believe when originally purchased. One example is the expiry of listings. I have to manually monitor and deactivate every listing manually and keep a record on a spreadsheet to make sure none go over the time frame. Ridiculous really but I guess I got suckered into false hope. There are several bugs I had to deal with and to be honest, anyone contemplating using any of their products needs their head examined because there are far better scripts out there that do much more for much less. They even tried to charge me $50 to insert a snippet of code that should have been in the main file when I purchased it, a copy and paste job of 20 characters, what a joke. They say you get what you pay for but ironically, I didn't. It is a huge disservice having this script advertised on your site because "Hot" it certainly isn't. From a very dissatisfied user.

John, I am very sorry to hear the issues you faced with. The automated expiry of listings is, and has always been, operational. What you need to do is simply set up a cron job on your server to determine the frequency of the process of delisting the expired listings. You may already know that running frequent cron jobs puts a load on your server, therefore, a once-per-day cron operation is normally sufficient for your needs. I understand that you had a bad start with us, but we'll be happy to make it up for you by installing the latest edition of the software free of charge on your server. Trust me, you would not be disappointed with what the software can do, and was able to do if tuned up properly. It is a complicated piece of code that you may not have had a chance to set up the right way, but our support is there for you to help you out. Please send the URL to your review in a message to our Sales Dept, and we shall make sure you are properly set up, failing to prevent your dissatisfaction from building up. Following this post, I will personally shoot you an email and shall make sure that you are getting everything you paid for, guaranteed.
