  Non-functional, Incomplete, Failed To Refund

  My experience with iScripts software and the various companies and individuals involved was poor. This is an Eastern European company with a front in the US to make them appear US based. Every contact with their customer service required a minimum 24 hours for response, 96 hours or more if requesting on Thursday. The software upon installation was non-functional and required giving their technician access to our box to fix their bug to function. Once functionally installed we found the software had someone elses google analytic code installed, and someone elses google banner code installed. Once installed we found the software missing major functionality as well as basic functionality. We had to explain the concept of same sex relationships - to a company making and selling dating software - because their software had 0 same sex capability, something that will get you sued in the U.S. for discrimination. When asked they offered to modify their software - if we paid them for it. We declined told them it was basic functionality that should be included and requested a refund as per their 30 day money back guarantee. Once we did that they acted like we were a new customer every time. Even when we got the same support rep (by our count we dealt with 8 differnet people) he acted as if all of this was new that they had no information and we had never requested a refund even though each contact generated a support ticket in their system My records show we requested a refund 7 times and never received one. I wouldn't recommend this software or any of the companies involved for anything.

I am in Schaumburg, IL, USA and you are able to reach me by telephone in our home office at 800.569.5538 during normal business hours. Secondly, the Google Analytics and AdSense code installed in the software is simply an example for you to delete and replace with your own. Please don't make it sound like we're trying to do something illegitimate. Next, our software doesn't currently support same-sex relationships. We hope to feature this function in the next version of our software, but in the meantime we would be happy to customize the software for you at our normal hourly rate if it is a 'must-have' for your business model. If this is a deal-breaker for you, we regret you not discovering this while reviewing the online demo of our software available 24/7 at iScripts.com. Many of our clients take the software for a test-drive there before making a purchase. With regards to our support staff, they speak to many people daily and may not have been aware that you asked for a refund previously. Additionally, we want to make sure we go the extra mile and give you 110% of our effort to accommodate you, so I apologize if they were not as fast as you preferred. We simply wanted to make sure we were doing all we can to help you. Lastly, we have only 6 people total in the support department including Peter, Alfred, Harry, Milan, Mr. Abraham and myself. The faster we can confirm that you have deleted our software from your server and have your commitment that you will no longer use it, the faster I can refund your money.   Customization is difficult or impossible. Precious little documentation. Users have registered but then couldn't confirm or log in. I've had to go directly to dbase and change status -- and I had to GUESS what to change. On initial installation, I had questions. "Support" wanted to suck more money from me for "tech support". I requested refund ("30-day refund"). They refused. It's more trouble than it's worth. In my opinion, it's half-baked and they hope you'll pay them more money to "customize" it. Spend a bit more for something that doesn't come with all the associated headaches.

  Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
