I had been looking at another support solution that was considerably more expensive. Fortunately, I read numerous complaints about that companiy's customer support. I came here looking for an alternative, and read the first member review and decided to give them a try. While I don't yet have extensive experience with use of the solution, I can say with certaintly that the customer support is EXCELLENT! They have responded to every question I asked promptly and thoroughly. Highly recommended!

I rarely take the time to write about anything unless it really impresses me. This software is the most robust of its kind it is VERY easy to setup and PACKED with features. I tried some FREE ones that I liked but the development was slow and the programs were sub-par. I looked at this program and tried the demo. I was VERY impressed so I ponied up the 99.95 to buy it and havent looked back. This was an exceptional purchase and has really helped with streamlining my customers support. If you dont at least try the demo and see if it fits your needs, you will be making a mistake.
