Problem after those years...

JAG is one of the best guestbook I knew.
But...when hosts upgrade PHP version to >= 5.4, most of comments in guestbook, with specials chars, disappears...
Solution? Complete this function with all parameters :
htmlspecialchars($content, REPLACE_FLAGS, CHARSET);
