The jab:ITS Incident Tracking System provides a browser-based help desk system for tracking and reporting customer support issues and occurrences. Its features include user registration and login, up to ten customizable data fields, ability for customers to add and modify their own incident items, ability to assign incident items to users, ability to search incident database, email notification, message posting for discussion of issues, and more.
