This is the first time I have ver posted a review but thought it was necessary. I purchased this JiROs product hoping to have an easy way to send newsletters from a small site that I do maintenance for. Main reason is that it seemed as though they would support the product. I have had 3 issues that I have written to request information - but recived no response! I would say anyone who is not a programmer - stay away - or end up with alot of wasted time and un happy customers!
