we purchased this software OVER A YEAR AGO and had to fight tooth & nail to get anything fixed ..... AND it's STILL not working properly..... all we get is excuses and stall stall stall ... and FYI NO this not customized app, were talking the basic/default install... broken and dead links, members not being able to register, save jobs listings, upload resumes, on and on it goes ..... AND now after almost a year they tell us they they no longer support this program and will not upgrade the software to something that works even tho their site " gaurantees it ... DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$ ON THIS OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT THEY PRODUCE ... unless your time is worthless and you wanna flush your $$$$ and fight with them forever on every little issue My WHOLE experience with this company has been nothing short of horrific, this company is a fraud .... bug infested software with little to non-existant support... features that are standard in most programs of this type are now considered customized options.... they consider being able to save a job listing to repost later a "custom feature" that's ludicrous ...who's gonna want to re-enter job postings everytime the post it ....... rediculous.... before the sale they make all kinds of promises and when they got your $$$ they ignore you and when they DO answer it's stall stall stall... and make excuses... NO competant tech support, all they do is keep asking you what's the issue ( if you can actually get to talk to someone ..) and if YOU tick them off ( heaven forbid that you "bug them" and actually expect them to fix what you paid good $$$ for ) then they totally ignore you and don't answer the phone and can't even leave a message becuz the mailbox ifs full ...can't even be bothered to check the voice messages.... if you consider taking months to fix simple things, having to submit the same error reports over and over again becuz they lost it or ...the " other " support person has the notes and you have to restate everything again and again and again ......... then yes they have tech support
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
