  i'm not sure what some of these guys below are referring to as bad software or support, but I just had to throw in my 2 cents here. I purchased JAM to get the affiliate marketing module started with my cubecart store, and so far, its been working quite well. I've submitted a few questions in to the help desk as well as the forum, and Ryan and his team have answered them in a timely manner. the JAM software itself is also working great, but I would appreciate it if they can issue out a new update with some new marketing tools as well. all in all, its a pretty good buy

  I must say that in all of my years of working online this is my WORST experience ever! I got Free Download to try it out and must say that they explain NOTHING. We ended up paying them $99 to do the install and intergration and was promised that it would be installed and ready in 1-2 business day. DID NOT HAPPEN! You can NOT get anybody to assist you and if you send them a email they will reply in a few days but DO NOT give you a direct answer to what your question was. If you are even considering the FREE Version, I STRONGLY urge you to NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The Good reviews that you may find stand a high likelyhood of being FAKE and are probably being posted by the owner. Check out their Forum and you will see that they DO NOT respond and if they do they do not provide a real answer to your questions. Please people SAVE YOU MONEY and RUN AWAY from JROX/JAM because you are only wasting a lot of time and it will end up costing you hours and hours of waiting for nothing. The phone number they have registered with PayPal is a Free Google based number and no way of reaching anybody so dont even bother trying to call them. They claim to be located in Nevada according to their info registered with PayPal but we are investigating this and so far it is looking BOGUS as well and think they are located OUTSIDE the United States and we will continue to investigate and will report to PayPal if we find they are using FALSE INFO. In closing i strongly urge you to STAY AWAY from JROX/JAM and if you don't beleive me then simply google them and you can see for yourself!!

  my web developer actually recommended the JAM script to me when I was looking to add an affiliate marketing program to my current zencart based website. It really is an awesome piece of software. I ordered the theme customization as well as the integration service from them, and they matched the JAM members area with my site really well. The integration was also pretty straightforward, but I had the JROX guys do it for me, just to make sure. Ryan and the team there did a great job for me. Thanks again!

  I highly doubt that these positive "reviews" are legitimate. In my experience, this JAM software is full of bugs and installation/integration is very difficult, even for me and I know what I'm doing. Instructions are very vague and they forget to mention many important details. Little (but important) things like how you should chmod something... what directory a file should go in... I mean come on. It's ridiculous. The good news is, you can find some (not all) of these details if you are willing to spend countless hours wading through the thousands of posts on the jrox user forum. But that will still leave you with unanswered questions and unsolved problems, so your only other choice is to create your own post, listing your problems to the forum. But guess what? No one replies. This person "Ryan" who supposedly is the jroxadmin person seems to cherry-pick the easy questions posted by beginners and provides answers only to them. And he certainly replies if you haven't bought his crappy software yet. But try asking a question that requires him to give you more than a 1 sentence reply! Then you get NO REPLY. So then you send an email to info@jrox.com and ask the same questions. Guess what? NO REPLY. So you send it again, again and again. Still NO REPLY. NO HELP. I have figured out his game - make the software bad enough and the instructions vague enough so that every person who buys it will need to pay you to install it for them. That may work for other suckers, but instead I'll suggest that my clients get a refund or do a chargeback and I'll recommend them a good affiliate software package.

  I researched a number of affiliate programs before I decided on using this one. Not only does this give me a way to get started (FREE) so I can build my affiliates before purchasing a license, but it was easy to install and set-up. Their tips have been very helpful. I followed their instructions for advertising my new program and I've already got 1 affiliate signed up (all in less than a week of launching). I would recommend them to anyone who wants to grow their business on the web.
