I was a bit intimidated at first, as it's been a long time since I've taken on any web development work; (and I never was particularly good at it!). In a very short time this package has allowed me to offer a professional, customized online ordering component for my customers. The key ingredient has been outstanding customer service by the fine staff at Lightbox Photo. They answered every e-mail question quickly and often called me to be sure I had the information I needed. Follow up has been outstanding. I would recommend this package without hesitation to anyone who needs a customized package for online ordering.

I purchased the first of what will be several licenses of this software. As a professional photographer, I have a fairly inclusive list of features that are required in this type of sofware, and this has almost all of them. Easy to customize, and installation and one year support is included in the price. Support has been prompt and thorough during the initial install and learning curve. Highly recommended!

I've been working with Lightbox Photo Pro/Enterprise for about 6 months, and without question, this software is by far the best in its class. Forget Gallery 2.x and ImageFolio and all the others - Lightbox Photo is extremely well-written, easy to use, and the support is unbelievable. Responses are rapid, clear, precise, and right on target. All of the output, text/layout/formatting can be customized - by the designer - easily and quickly. With a PHP/MySQL core, it simply blows the others away.

Lightbox Experts has installed, configured, and customized many LightboxPhoto sites and think it is absolutely worth every penny and more. It provides a simple upload and simple database with features galore for the price. You can wrap any site around the core lighbox and you can customize the appearance inside as deeply as you like with very little limitation. Tell me where you can get gallery system with cart with features like this for under $2000. Adrian is also great to work with.

Good with many features and configuration options. However, templating needs review as there are too many times when things like meta tags and business contact details has to be changed in several different templates, defeating the point. Very US biased in how tax is dealt with and displayed (does not follow European conventions on price display so you need to find a workaround). Also cannot set shipping costs dependent on country, so would be a problem if you ever ship to overseas customers.
