    I have looked at very many and tried half a dozen of link exchange scripts. This is by far the best. It is free, has a great support through a forum (even on new years day!) and is easy to configure for my needs. I use it to manage links in various cathegorys, not to exchange links, which I believe is the most common usage of the script.
