LC support has been fantastic - responding within 12 hours. They have fixed some things on my web server and shown me how to change design elements. All on free tickets! Must buy for novices.

Not only is the script easy to set up and use, but the support provided is outstanding-very fast and efficient. I had a couple minor issues, and the response to the trouble tickets took less than 12 hours each time and resolved the issues with the very first response. The response went beyond just telling me what to do to fix the issues, too-the support team just logged in and fixed the problem in one case, and within 20 minutes of when I opened the trouble ticket.

LiteCommerce is an affordable and easy-to-use shopping cart solution. The more customization you want, a little bit of html will come a long way to a customized shopping cart. Although the add-on modules and custom modules can add up, it still provides pricing a small business can deal with for the features of a costly cart. Tech support is excellent. They are timely with completing projects and providing tech support for every little question or problem you may encounter.

Recently, i purchased the Litecommerce software. I had in the back of the mind this may be hard to do, but all i needed to do is organise a hosting account and litecommerce installed the software for me. I then setup the website via the Administration pages with Ease. Any question i had, i asked Litecommerce and they came back to me with in 24 hours. They either fixed the problem or showed me how to. 10/10 Software. Easy to Use and Works GREAT! MY website goes live very soon! Thanks Litecommerce

This program offers the best value for the product and price. After shopping around for weeks, comparing price and features, this program proved "hands down" the best value available. We opted for Lite-commerce since it was more suitable for our goals. However, I would suggest X-Cart Gold or Pro for full features and complex businesses. The products are feature rich and completely customizable. Technical support offers courteous, outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Having virtually no experience in website building, I now have a site up and running with a great shopping cart. The support is excellent; fast, very helpful, and very patient with learners. The product is easy to use from both sides, customer and admin; the flexibility allows for changes to "look & feel", from the easy and basic for those with no experience, to the more complex. The option of creating a product listing on excel and then just importing it is excellent. Truly a cart for everyone.

I am a web designer / developer, with several e-commerce sites under my belt. I was impressed with the LiteCommerce demo, and felt that X-Cart would be overkill for the project I was working on. I must admit that I felt guilty after setting up LiteCommerce (which was ridiculously easy) because there was really nothing left to do other than tweak the template's graphics. This is an amazing product that is incredibly easy to use, yet very powerful. Two thumbs up!
