DO NOT believe these glowing revues about customer support and a great product. After purchasing Mailing List Manager Pro (extended license was $399) we received no customer support after repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone. Please save yourself the hassle we are now dealing with. It's not worth it. There are to many products out there that actually have customer support and do what they say. I hope we are able to get our money back.

Ask for technical support, never respond. Ask for refund, also not respond. They promise 30 days no question asked refund, never do as promise.

This company should run courses on how to keep clients happy. The product does what it says on the tin, flawlessly and with all the features we could ask for. Their customer support is of the highest order. We had a problem installing the product on our server, not only did they fix the problem within 24 hours but upgraded us as well! Superb.

Great mailing list manager. So easy to setup and start mailing delivery. Importing of large email lists is really simple with Custom Fields feature. Mailing speed can be configured to optimize your server load. Sending of 23,000 emails was really fast. Needless to say support guys are very friendly. They configured script on our shared hosting account without any extra charge. The more I use it, the more it impresses me. Keep up the good work! You guys rock!

I really appreciate their prompt response and action. GOOD WORK! As a webmaster I use this product for one of the biggest Toyota websites. It NEVER FAILED to deliver 100,000s of emails. Installation is very simple and these guys configured all forms for us for FREE, without any extra charge. We use click-through stats, open and delivery rates, automatic bounced emails as well as many other features every day. A wonderful product and excellent customer service! You are efficient, I love this !

I love their attention to customers. We use this product since 2007 and we always get free updates. Support is very fast and friendly. Our email list size exceeds 500,000+ records (that’s a lot!) and mailing delivery NEVER failed. I’m sure it is the best mailing list manager we ever used (we tried a lot during the last 5 years).
