Max's Calendar is an object oriented calendar script written in PHP. Installation and setup is very easy. You only need to upload the relevant files and insert some lines of code into your own script to display a calendar on your own page. You can display as many months at once as you want. The look of the calendar is easily changeable using CSS. An example code is attached to the installation package.

    The program itself is decent enough, nice clean look, however since they claim it works with MySQL they should at least give you a setup script, or a text file that tells you what MySQL tables you need. Since they don't supply this information, i could not properly test the MySQL aspect on my local server. Then there is the deceptive way they get you to download the script. The script is listed as free, but once you get to the web page to download the script, you find out that the free script is a trial version. to be able to "legally" use it you have to pay licensing fee of $4.95 for one domain that you use it on. Or you can pay $24.95 for multi-domain use.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
