    (first : sorry about my poor english...) "...miniPortail is a small web portal, meant to be easy to use for the end user that you are, and which does not require a database to run..." With miniPortail you can admin your website all around the world, you just need a single Internet connection ! miniPortail have powerfull, usefull and simple administration but also a very nice source code... it's for begginners and confirmated... The 2.3 vesion is available (since 08/07/2003) ! Try it now !
