This thing is sweet. It integrates domain registration, control panels, and payment gateways. We were able to offer much better customer support after we started using it.

ModernBill, while powerful software, is very poorly designed. The interface is cumbersome and problematic. Worse, is the client interface. To customize this at all beyond very basic look requires in-depth re-programming of the modernbill php scripts. Finally, support... Trouble tickets logged with their system take days to get a response from, if ever. Refunds take six weeks to process and require that you snail mail a form to them. Recommendation: Don't waste your time w/this one

I bought modernbill last week. I had it installed within 5 minutes, configured within the hour. I am using authorize.net for my CC processing, it works flawlessly. The Developer is VERY helpful with any questions about the software, and willing to add new features to help you out.
