MUSAS

MUSAS is a Multi-User/Password access control application written in PHP. Does NOT require MySQL. Encrypted password files & cookies protect any number of web pages on your site. Tools provided to add or delete users from the file. Customisable login page to match the look of your website, and existing pages need only one line of code added to them to be protected from unauthorised access. "Date last logged on" allows webmasters to choose whether to delete inactive accounts. Options:- Single password OR a registered user name/password combination; Choose to allow "Admin" or "Guest" users in with preset passwords chosen by you; Users can register after email verification or after admin approval; Request automatic forgotten password reset with a temporary password sent by email; Users can log in for either of 2 periods (1 hour/1 week defaults) or for a single, pre-set time; Users can change their passwords; Optional email to webmaster/admin on log-in errors.
