My Contact Table is a code generator program and can be used for a variety of applications where you wish to store records into a MySQL database. Perhaps you want a file upload area on your website or only need to create a member's access area for a particular area of your website. You have full control defining the fields for the MySQL table and the forms used to submit the data. A member can upload multiple files per records also. File uploads are enabled by default.
