This script is an email contact form script. All you have to do to get it working is insert your email address and continue link into the script and put the form html code on your contact page.     I'm sure this is good but won't run for me. I get "You must enable referrer logging to use the form" - which isn't mentioned in the comments, and I don't have privileges to edit php.ini with my hosting company.

    This script was easy to use and great for a contact form. It doesn't have any advertisements in it and is open source. I found this script useful with many of the sites I work on.
