Stay away from Niche Video Site Builder

I second the above (negative, and correctly so) review.
Today, I have several hours of failed attempts to install the script into an addon domain on my Hostgartor account.
NicheVideoSiteBuilder's flaws are becoming more and more apparent with each failed attempt to install it. Niceh Video Site Buulder frankly cannot be installed in minutes (looks like at least another many-hour day) either from a cPanel after a LONG ftp upload nor from the "beta" online installer.
And because it's owner is (hiding out?) in Switzerland but has Orgeon/Washington state (I think) tech support, you are wasting both money and time trying to make the damn script work. Mostly time.
Unfortunately from them, I am going now for my SECOND refund of products from JP Schoeffel and company because (as with his grossly overpriced 'BlogMatrixPro' piece of work) and this problem-plagued NicheVideoSiteBuilder and its truly 'beta' remote install (http://sales.ethiccash.com/nvsb) neither are worth the time, money and aggravation to get the value one paid for.

As we inform people right from the sales letter (it means before they purchase), addon domains are not supported. So why complain about this??? Looks like you're in the internet whining mode wasting your days trying to find loopholes, instead of taking action and being productive.

Horray! After submitting suggestions the author is making changes to this that will make it a truly wonderful product. The v3.0 release of the product coming in mid January 2008 will have true control of the number of videos displayed along with pagination navigation (critical to this type of script) It will also have a Tag Cloud and the automatic installer has just been released. Final review to be submitted after testing next week. Customer support is listening and that is a great thing!

I own this script.After repeated attempts to have customer support fix a major bug it leaves me cold. The same 17 videos appear on the main page. There is no way to have this be a multiple page site.It has no feed from Blinkx and no way to feed the videos from an Excel spreadsheet.The owner has encrypted crucial elements so you can only make cosmetic changes. You have no rights to fix the script and apathetic customer support for bugs.It works, but is very basic and rigid.

Well, this is normal we don't have feed from Blinkx or Excel since it's not what the script does. As well, it does not prepare coffee, nor does it play the piano :-) Joke aside, how can you write a review by reviewing elements that we are not selling? Quite funny. Sites generated are mulit-pages with as many videos per page as you want and as many pages as you want. Script is not buggy, so you can't fix it, right. Jeez, thanks for reviewing my product, but I guess you can copy and paste it for any software, clothe, drinks out there...
