Nukequiz
Nukequiz 3.2.0 is a quiz module for Nuke that comes complete with automatic installation and upgrade scripts. This module includes various functions for both the administration and user interface. The quiz can have three types of questions, multiple choice, single answer and multiple selection. It has a timer for each quiz and they can have limited attempts set together with a closing date set for entries on each individual quiz. The module includes a administration and user help system, to help with various settings that need to be configured. Some functions for admins allow a quiz to be set as a competitions, export and import questions to a quiz using csv format, together with uploading image and sound files to add to individual questions. This module comes complete with pdf instruction and help manual, together with an on-line version that you can access. We have support forums and even install the module with one quiz for a small donation.

I tried my hands on it for 3 hours and got nothing except blank screens. Their own website looks so pathetic. It definitely requires good knowledge of PHP. The installation information provided with the software and the online help are absolutely useless. I think they first need to work on their own website to make it more user friendly. And then provide better installation guide with screenshots that are easily comprehensible. I saw the rating and decided to install, but it was not worth it. Very unhappy !
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Have checked out the quiz module for Nuke and it does come with help ad instructions, they have an online Help module plus the forums. Ignore they previous comments, nuke newbie comes to mind and expert ain't in it!! Hopefully they will update things, but hey when have we all got the time to? Good work and keep it up , recommend a visit!

The 'kiss' website is incredibly well done; but the software is a joke. There are zero instructions how to install it, much less use it or modify it to your own purposes. Unless you are an expert or write php for a living, try something else.

it says you can make quizzes and survery's etc. but there are no instructions included how to install modify etc. if you are an expert in php then this might be worth a look

Nukequiz v2.0.0 includes more features including import and export of questions using csv files. Included also are the admin and user help system that has been intergrated into Nukequiz. You have an installer facility and also a version check so that you don't miss out on any updates. This is not for php experts, as I am not one. there are online help instructions together with a help manual included in the download, together with forum support or direct support if required.
