OmHelDesk is a web based helpdesk support system, useful for everyone who sells any product / service from the net and provides support. The system enables users of the websites to submit a query / trouble ticket. Visitors get a ticket number and at any given time they can track the progress of their ticket through web based interface. Operator / webmaster can check their queries in their interface and can respond to the queries of the users. System has various interfaces for operators, supervisors and administrators. System also allows creation of various departments, sub departments and is highly scalable. The script has a knowledge base and allows administrators to add articles for their users.
