• Good product and great service

  I would like to post a recommendation for Omni-Secure, as they have done some great work for us over the past few months including customisation. I was impressed with the service received and will continue to use them on future work. I know that a few negative posts on sites like this can cause more harm than good to a companies reputation, and that all the positives are rarely posted by the many other customers out there! Thanks again to Jim and the rest of the programming team we worked with.

  We are very sorry that the software wouldn't work on your Yahoo account. As we tried to explain, MySQL and mod_rewrite are features unfortunately disallowed by Yahoo. On a bright note, some hosts who also formerly disallowed these powerful features, such as GoDaddy, have seen the light and now offer them. They realized that disallowing these features also deprived their users of the use of literally hundreds of thousands of software solutions that can make website sales mushroom. We encourage you to switch to a host who offers MySQL and mod_rewrite and who is interested in your needs. We encourage Yahoo and others to join the 21st Century and understand that features like MySQL and mod_rewrite cannot be dismissed as just another bell or whistle. Now available through 99% of the world's hosts they can boost the sales in mere days.

  I tried their demo a couple months ago and couldn't understand the product's UI at all. E-mails sent to support went unanswered. I ended up going with one of their competiors that actually provided support and had a decent UI.

  We have been using Omni-secure on our site for over a year now. We are very happy with the omni-secure program and the service and support we have received.   I publicly apologize to Diofant for my bad review!! Alex Kolder has now been working with me to customize the software to better fit my fussy needs. It seams he never received my Emails from My end. Let me also say... they are the only ones that have taken the time to listen without me purchasing there software..wow.. Thanx You Ric
