• Extreme Caution

  Policies change once product purchased, Very lousy support system, 5 months post purchase and frustrated to the core. Have no access to the scripts, have no access to the databases, and have hosted with them in good faith. Feel duped ! A Word of Caution: Look around, there might be something better.

Client has requested little to no support. The client originally requested customisations, their requirements changed immediately after purchase and as such, we credited their payments towards their hosting which they were satisfied with. All hosting customers have full access to their databases via the Plesk control panel, and can access the software source code just as they can any other file on their website - the source code is not obfuscated or encrypted. The client's hosting service has been suspended due to non-payment, the hosting had been un-paid for 60 days and as such was suspended, the client was repeatedly informed of this and was given ample warning - they have not responded to any of the notification messages.

  I'm a total novice with coding but had a requirement for a subscription management system on a new client's site. I looked around for something appropriate and found OpenCrypt. What can I say - superb, excellent, marvellous? All such words are equally valid. Not only does the software do everything I need elegantly and simply, the support service is exemplary! With virtually no delays the OC team customised my installation to meet my requirements and sorted every issue I had. Highly recommended.

  Although I am in ecommerce, I am completely new to OpenCrypt. I have not only found it reliable and easy to understand, but am also hugely impressed by the level of help and support offered by this company. I would happily recommend OpenCrypt to any ebusiness in need of creating a secure members area online.

  If you're thinking of having a membership system on your web site, OpenCrypt is well worth looking into. Membership is complicated, yet this system seems to handle the job very well. There are customization features which allow you to get your own look and feel, and yet all of the behind the scenes processing is done for you. Don't reinvent the wheel, when you can simply buy it. The folks there are savvy and helpful as well. I'm very happy with this system, which is also e-commerce enabled.
