    I used PayLoadz for several months before giving up on them. Although the initial process for sign up and set up are fairly easy, the program could not accommodate a simple requirement like not charging a shipping fee for an item set up on PayPal (a PayLoadz partner). After several customer complaints, I raised the issue with the PayLoadz help desk, was given a variety of answers, and basically told it was either a) PayPal's problem or b) my problem. I would rate their customer service/problem resolution capabilities as very poor.
