    PDF-forms are versatile and visually attractive, but there might be a problem finding out how to submit the data. This script takes care of it all and it works even with the free Adobe Reader. You get the FDF data as an attachment in an email. Then just import it into your form in Acrobat and save it, or load it into a database. Excellent support, even for non-techies like me.
