  I bought some other software and had troubles with it. As a last attempt to get my penny auction up and running I found Penny Pro Auctions and discovered a real gem. After purchasing the script the staff took the time to train me on the administration panel of the software and installed it to my dedicated server for free. I've been in constant contact with Andre's team through out my launch and they have provided valuable insight and information. I highly recommend not only the software but Andre Robinsons book which is a real life saver because it stopped me from making a few mistakes. Overall the software is well laid out and I have not encountered any bugs thus far. My site is doing well and I owe this firm a ton for all the work and support they have given me. I would recommend them to anyone. One thing you should note is that the penny auction script industry is cut throat and you really have to look into scripts yourself rather than relying on phoney reviews because there are lots out there including some on this site. If you are looking for a penny auction script that works you will eventually end up at penny pro auctions anyways just as I did. Kudos from Carlos! You guys rock!

  Where to start... same company as PennyAuctionSoft do you researching on them first , trying to move around and change names to hide bad reputation. The software took 3 days to be made availalbe to me and doesn't work. No help from support, phone number unanswered. Big mistake I filed a dispute. Many others have same expereince or worse. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

  They walked me through the entire process from installation, server setup, and the custom design they did was phenomenal. There customer service was really good as well. I would recommend these guys over some other people I made the mistake of buying through before I finally found these guys. If you want to do it right with proper professional software, go to these guys right here.

  Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
