  i've looked through comments and decided to drop a line about my experience. we used this product to build a site for one of our customers as it included almost all the necessary features that were required. we purchased open source version and were provided tech doc to apply the changes our customer's specification required. We are a web dev company ourselves and these 2 posts about refunds look like made by those who would like to receive product and get their money back, we came across such persons ourselves many times who would make a payment, receive what was paid for and then request a chargeback or refund. Not fair.

  We have noticed that there is a new comment posted to our Real Estate Software review. This comment doesn’t correspond with the actual services provided by Pilot Group. We offer 30-days money-back guarantee if customer uses a basic license. And also we can provide customers with refund in case inoperability of the software is caused by Pilot Group or Pilot Group refuses to resolve any issues in the software if the problems were not caused by customer's actions. We are not responsible for server environment chosen by our client, for the cases when it doesn’t meet our system requirements. Our company provides absolutely free support 20 hours a day 5 days a week. Everyone can contact us and get assistance via email, chat or phone. Please remove this comment from this board.

• This company is a fraud ... do not purchase software

  This software does not work and the customer service that is provided is non-existant. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. Oh by the way, there are NO REFUNDS! Don't believe what you read ... here is the last email they sent to me, which my lawyers are reviewing right now: Unfortunately we don't provide pur customers with refund on purchased products. It's stated in EULA before purchasing the software. You should have checked the software License Agreement before purchasing it. And this reason is covered in LA as well: BY PURCHASING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, HOSTING OR OTHER SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THERE SHALL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING FAILURE TO INSTALL THE PROGRAM, A CHANGE IN MARKET CONDITIONS, A CHANGE IN BUSINESS OR WEB SITE STRATEGY, A CLAIM THAT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT SUIT YOUR NEEDS OR IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED, MODIFICATIONS OF THE SOURCE CODE IMPLEMENTED BY THE USER THAT ALTER THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE "Software Product" OR THAT ARE NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCUMENTATION ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, THE UNAVAILABILITY OF Pilot Group FOR CUSTOMIZATIONS TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.   This software is terrible. Impossible to customize and this company has a NO REFUND POLICY. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ. Even if the software doesn't work, their "legal team" says there are refunds for any reason whatsoever. This software is nothing but a joke ... RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!

  hi, i purchased the script a few months ago. it's not that cheap but this was not a waste of money. I like its functionality, updates regularly released (got 2 updates already and like playing with new features), not bad support.
