    Nice software, although it lacks the ability to add extra text outside the actual form ie instructional or pleasentry text before and after . Also had troubles on install. The instructions about the URL are not real clear and took a few go's to get the right URL in place. As well as I found that three lines were commented out - out of the box install, in the login.php script which prevented the login page from properly loading and hence couldnt login. Otherwise for the rest it makes a nice plain easy to use form.
