PHP Atempt logger class

This is a simple PHP class to stop someone acsessing a page more than X times in X time. You can use it for allowing so many login attempts per hour or anything else like that. You should only really use this if you know PHP, if you don't tho you can ask us for help in our forum and we will do our best to help you.
