I followed the instructions for installation and got as far as the dashboard panel. I put in a link to monitor. I then went onto my website via another computer and did several clicks on the link. None of them showed up on the dashboard. Only when I put in the count website did the count go up and that was because it took me through to the link, so it went up by one. It seems a dud program.
Thanks for your work.
This is a valuable script from which you can display a 'results list' on a web site page. It would be even greater if it could be presented as a web site Graph.
Counting downloads is an important metric for our non-profit and this free resource is exactly what we need. It's a great help, thank you!
I manage a 100% HTML hand made website ... It works perfectly. Clears explanations, easy to install, easy to use... And it is free! Thank you again
Hello Mike, the script works fine on thousands of websites so not exactly sure what the problem with your setup is. You are welcome to post a question to the support forum to get help. Just a note: if you follow steps in the admin panel "Instructions" page, you will see that you need to REPLACE the original links on your website with the CCount-generated ones. There is no other reliable way for a script (any, not just CCount) to count links.
