I was never even able to install these forms and was not able to get any help from the company to get the job done either. Going to their support link only brings up an error page! You really need to be an expert with computers and the web in order to install this on your own and on your own is the only way it will happen with this company! Purchase at your own risk, I'm still trying to get a refund. Very disappointing! Keep Looking...

I have been using PHPForms Pro for a couple months now and the software is not only excellent, but their Support is First Class! As a web designer I had to install and use with different host servers and had several issues with their differences -- Tech. Support solved them all in a flash (and were courteous and patient to boot). In short, the Software is great (does exactly what it promises), and the Support Service is EXCEPTIONAL.

I needed a script to importentries into mySQL data base and I tried several form building scripts before deciding on phpforms. It is a very good script, but the best part, to me, is the customer service. I have very little experience with mySQL and my questions and problems were answered and resolved right away, even though the issues were my own fault, not the softwares. The forms are easy to build and user friendly. I do not hesitate to recommend this software.

This is the first program I have found that is actually as easy to set up and use as the ad says. I had my first form online less than an hour after I bought the script. The forms look and work great. The price is very reasonable (the price is way too low but don't tell them). They have an add-on that lets you copy your forms so you can modify them; this way we can assign a new name and know what web site it came from. Very highly recommended. Thanks guys.

We get about 10-15 "stuffed forms" with this product a day. Some bots have figured out how to circumvent the e-mail address requirement. We then purchased their "image capture" add-on which doesn't work. Worse than just product problems, there is absolutely no response to support e-mails. Buyer beware with this company.

I have virtually no skill when it comes to website development. I needed a web solution that would allow visitors to fill out a registration form, and that form to be email to me. I did allot of research, and when I came across PHPForms, It seemed to be what I was looking for, and it was....PERFECT. Their support did the initial install for me and helped me along the way. They were great! 2 thumbs up all around!

Easy to use & makes great forms fast. Does not protect site from bot spammers targeting your forms. Needs Caprica field addition to prevent bots. Next time I will get one with bot spam protection.

This is without question, the best RAD solution for php form building that I have ever used. I use this in a corporate environment, and ran into an issue with emailing addresses that started with the pound sign. The folks at the Conkurent support team sent me a patch to resolve this issue within two days of my support request. They even offered to apply the fix themselves if I could have provided them with temporay FTP access. No other solution comes close to this. Rated A++++

I just installed phpForms and have found it so easy to install and to set up forms. I installed on MacOSX 10.2.8. The options for deployment of the forms provides substantial options that I appreciate. I am now in the process of learning how to expand the appearance and types of questions. I can now create a College application form and have the submission sent by email and posted in a data base. Major Kewl!!!

I've had some installation Problems with the script, regarding permissions, so I send the email to thr Customer Support. Literally the same day they changed and edited what was necessary and the script is working now. It's rare to find such an fast and efficient customer support, sometimes it's more important than the cuality of the scrit itself (which, in this case, is also top notch one). I highly reccomed it. Just got a copy of this script after trying the online demo. Installation is a breeze, create a database and user, run install script, done in 5 minutes and ready to go. Massive forms with validation can be done in no time, even multipage forms, predifined lists of values that can be used again and again, when you are done a simple php include and it's integrated in your design, I used this with vBulletin and had all the forms I wanted up and running in a day integrated in my existing design, no messy form code in my templates, just plug in the php include and you'r done! I agree with the other guy that said they could charge double for this and it would stil be worth it, I have written my last boring form code now :)

I recently purchased this script after reading the great reviews on it, so I had high expectations. I got the script but I was unsure of how to install it. I tried to contact there support, but I haven't got a response. It has been 3 weeks now... They don't even answer their IM messages. This is really frustrating! I feel like I wasted $29.95. And they haven't responded to my refund request. With no support and lack of documentation, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Hello, I would just like to say thanks to Conkurent for this product, it is very easy to use, it's got great support, and it's not a bad price either. I really have been needing a form processing utility for a client's website, and as I don't know enough about PHP yet, I found this little gem. I am amazed at how nice it has worked. In addition, the support is astounding, I am glad there are people who stand behind their prouduct like they do. I would like to point out though about the color to anyone who gets this product. If you want to dare going into your MySQL database and then going to the pf_color item, then browsing that you can look at all the colors and you can also add colors as well, which is totally awesome, just don't screw it up or you might ruin the whole thing!

PHPform is the best script I have seen in a long time. Get it before they realize what they have and raise the price. I have been programming for about 25 years. I rarely find a program that impresses me. The PHPform program not only impressed me it blew me away. I used to teach computer programming at the college level and the thing that separates the great programmers from the good programmers is attention to detail. This package pays attention to details. A form is started by filling out some general form parameters such as color, title, etc. One thing I though could have been done better would have been a color picker instead of a drop menu with color names I have mostly never heard before. You can designate that submissions go an email address, stored in a database, or both. Next you select form fields with every type of form type and a few extra for good measure. The data field is an example of attention to detail. There are three drop menus for year, day of month, and month. If you select February and drop the last day of month menu is 29 if the year is a leap year and 28 if it is not. If you select January 31, 2005 and change the month to February, the day of month changes to 28. You cannot enter an invalid date. There are built in drop menus for State and Country. In addition, you can build your own. There is built in validation for not empty, numbers only, letters only, and email. It would be nice for a few extra validation like zip code and telephone numbers. The creation of multi-pass forms are supported. There are three was to call the form. Cut and paste the form into your site. Call the form using a link or insert two lines into a php document. Although you can only have one form editor/generator per domain, you can use the generated code anywhere you like. Makes the package a bargain if you support a lot of clients. The PHPforms.net site contains a working demo as well as crash course documentation and detailed documentation. Like the old says goes, "try it you'll like it."

This script has not only made my life easier, it has also enhanced my ability to communicate with and learn about my site's visitors. phpForms surpassed my expectations with timely support and usabilty. The interface is easy to use and customize. I had problems with installation, but the support team was glad to help me out and it was up and runnning quickly. I am new to php and mysql, but I found the format easy to use and understand. These guys could be charging double and I would have gladly paid. Great script, highly reccomended.
