I have several websites with phpmyrealty scripts and over the last two years, service was outstanding. I have scripts for other website projects from other companies, and have to say, phpMyRealty is my number ONE in customer service, response time and fixing my little problems, Thanks guys. Update Sept.09 Changed hosting services and needed help with some code config, and setup, and allmy help requests were answered with extreme speed and attention to my problem. Thanks guys, was up and running again in the shortest time. Can only repeat: Best service and communication.

we have had this script for a long while now and the support is great, if you need to have things differently the support do their best as soon as they can, to help you, i have other scripts that the support does not exist so beware of the imposters that give you bugs to work out and do not reply to email's for support

After working with this script for a few months, it really is one of the best out there when it comes to ease of use, customization and functionality. The before/after sales and 'free' lifetime tech support is great with most email responses within 24 hours - 48 hours. I put free in quotes because sometimes the harder and more time consuming modifications will cost you but more than often, their support team can solve it with a few edits to the code. Their support forum also has a wealth of info where you can ask questions and view responses to help tweak your website even more. The script itself also has various templates and language packs so it pretty much caters to everyone, no matter where you live. Overall, a great buy! You won't be disappointed.

We checked dozens of real estate scripts and choose this one because of its features and of the lifetime support. We are astonished with both the script and the presales support. The level of commitment of the PMR support is second to none! We are not programmers, so we usually are a pain in the a** for the support teams. But in this case 100% of our support tickets were replied within 24 hours, some of them provinding even new code that improves the script functionality! Kudos for PMR!!

We bought a custom build website for around 8000 Euro from Hyperskins in Sweden, we felt completely riped off both in in the quality of the product and the service we got. The service I received from PHPmyrealty was above expectation. Their quick response and great service, along with the fact that all coding is provided with a lot of comments make it easy to adapt the package. My intention is to have this replace my original website as I'm really satisfied with this package! Price/value=good!

I am interested in purchasing phpmyrealty however I have sent them several emails with presales questions and have had no response. I am wondering if they are still in business or have poor customer service. I am concerned about their levels of support. If anyone has recently purchased and can verify if their service is good I would be glad to hear about it as I do like the look of the script

After installing this script, it took a lot of extra custom programming to make it something that worked well. At first it looks great, but the new account sign up that the realtors go through is very awkward. After sign up, they need to upgrade their account via paypal, etc. It is just not very well-thought out programming/scripting in my experience. Also, Listings completely expire and are removed when the user account expires. There is no easy way to renew/upgrade an account manually.

very recently i've purchased this phpmyreality script and found it very handy to manage either single user or multi user. This script has also vast features from google maps to yahoo driving directions. add listing, manipulate anything in easy to use template system. What i like "THE BEST" is support provided by these guys its awesome. Quick replying to my queries, modifications etc. cheers

We searched hard for a directory to list seminar presenters and found nothing. Then we found phpmyrealty and realized it could be customized to work for us. The staff at phpmyrealty did a fabulous job for us, quickly and at a very reasonable cost. The site workes even better than we imagined. It has virtually everything we could ask for. I can't say enough good things about both the software and the support. Here is a list of just some of the outstanding features: 1. PRICE! - This thing is very inexpensive. Worth 10 times what is being charged. 2. Support - The support is awesome. Quick turnaround of issues and great communication. 3. I have tested and used many scripts and this is my first review of one. The look and feel of this realty listing script is as good as the much more expensive packages. The interface is clean and easily customisable, but the most outstanding thing is the support. Have a look at the sites forums. I required significant customisation and advice for my particular site. My customised module was provided free. All my questions were answered competently - within a day. Truely outstanding.
