I have several websites with phpmyrealty scripts and over the last two years, service was outstanding. I have scripts for other website projects from other companies, and have to say, phpMyRealty is my number ONE in customer service, response time and fixing my little problems, Thanks guys. Update Sept.09 Changed hosting services and needed help with some code config, and setup, and allmy help requests were answered with extreme speed and attention to my problem. Thanks guys, was up and running again in the shortest time. Can only repeat: Best service and communication.

we have had this script for a long while now and the support is great, if you need to have things differently the support do their best as soon as they can, to help you, i have other scripts that the support does not exist so beware of the imposters that give you bugs to work out and do not reply to email's for support

After working with this script for a few months, it really is one of the best out there when it comes to ease of use, customization and functionality. The before/after sales and 'free' lifetime tech support is great with most email responses within 24 hours - 48 hours. I put free in quotes because sometimes the harder and more time consuming modifications will cost you but more than often, their support team can solve it with a few edits to the code. Their support forum also has a wealth of info where you can ask questions and view responses to help tweak your website even more. The script itself also has various templates and language packs so it pretty much caters to everyone, no matter where you live. Overall, a great buy! You won't be disappointed.

We checked dozens of real estate scripts and choose this one because of its features and of the lifetime support. We are astonished with both the script and the presales support. The level of commitment of the PMR support is second to none! We are not programmers, so we usually are a pain in the a** for the support teams. But in this case 100% of our support tickets were replied within 24 hours, some of them provinding even new code that improves the script functionality! Kudos for PMR!!
