PHPurl
PHPurl is a very simple php script that gives the user a shorter address to use in SMS or places that only allow a limited amount of characters. This script is best for domains that are short in name. It includes a simple admin backend to monitor hits and IPs, as well as what site urls are being cloaked. The script is free and easy to customize. However, for those who need a quick layout, it comes with a general XHTML 1.0 Strict layout. Script requires at least PHP4 and MySQL.
