PR-Gatherer

The script makes you able to fetch the PR of every URL of the web. This is the Perl version of the famous PHP Script that has been written by Alex Stapleton and his friends. Because of the fact that the PHP Script doesn't work under PHP5 (and doesn't work under 64 bit Operating Systems), I thought it would be a good idea to have code that works platform independent - so I coded that thing under Perl (what else?) ;-)
