The selling point with this news reader is that the formatting is in your hands, meaning it can be many many more things than just a news reader. It can also be a mini blog, a schedule with links, etc. There are 2 versions included, an easy drag and drop one for use in your project, or a FlashVar one for use in your HTML pages, the FlashVar changing the path to the xml file.
