Do not Believe this. Software is Garbage verified

I purchase a classified software on May 21, 2012 and the product is very poorly design. This company do not offer any type of support. Once they get your money, they will stop answering your emails. Please listen to me when I say this: This company do not stand behind their product nor their service. I just filed a dispute with my local bank on May 29, 2012, to get my money back because I think this company is a scam and a fraud.

Our company is not a scam or fraud!! I think this review is a fraud as I have checked our sales and we did not have any sales for May 21st as you claim.
We answer all emails before and after the sale and process any requests for refunds quickly. We have a support ticketing system where all issues are tracked and followed up with in a timely manner. You can visit our help desk at - http://support.topclassifiedsoftware.com. We have no records of any such disputes being filed with our merchant account as there is no need for this...we gladly give refunds with no questions asked. We want our customer's happy with our software. If this review is from an actual customer and not a bogus reviewer for "the competition", please contact us and we will gladly help with any issues or refunds.
