What I like the most about ProProfs Chat is their support team. I would say that is the best. The team is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and quick to respond. This is the best chat tool I have used so far. We have decided to upgrade to the ‘Business Plan’ in the next few days.
Probably the easiest third party integration I have experienced with live chat solutions. ProProfs has a really long list of compatible CRM integrations that makes it really easy to fit into our existing systems. Managing operators and chat routing is also a breeze with this tool. 5 Stars from me.
